Back in August, we announced that Los Campesinos! has a new album coming out this month. The release date of the physical album – it’s already available digitally at the usual places – has been pushed back to the 25th of November, but we have some good news for the impatient: you can stream We Are Beautiful, We Are Doomed now at Rhapsody. Yes, Rhapsody is a subscription-based service, but you can listen to 25 tracks for free a month which is enough to listen to the album two and a half times.

Los Campesinos!‘s next release, We Are Beautiful, We Are Doomed will be released in North America November 11th via Arts & Crafts. The 10-track album (see below for track listing) was recorded in Seattle following the Cardiff, Wales group’s North American tour earlier this year with producer John Goodmanson (Sleater-Kinney, Blonde Redhead, Bikini Kill).

In case you don’t quite remember why it is you should care at all, I’ve got one track for you: “You! Me! Dancing!” It’s pure delight and was featured way back on New Song Daily podcast #41.
