You have no idea how excited I am to post about this. Not necessarily because I plan on joining the MC Hammer Skypecast, but mainly because this gives me an excuse to post about the MC Hammer Blog and several other things all in one swoop. Ever since I found out about it I’ve been looking for an excuse to share it with the world. He’s actually really good about updating it with pictures taken with his phone as well as other things going on at the moment.

On Diggnation, one of the podcasts I regularly listen to, they discuss technology related stories from the social news website, Digg.com. Well back on episode 44 of Diggnation, they covered the story of Skype offering a new conferencing tool and while it sounded cool, they didn’t know what people would use it for. Enter MC Hammer who is hosting a Skypecast this afternoon at 4PM Pacific Time to discuss his new album that is being released today on iTunes.
