Built to Spill have just announced a string of US tour dates throughout May. The confirmed dates are due to be followed by more performances on the West Coast during the months of June and July.

The news of the tour comes at a time when the band is reported to be in the mixing process of their newest album which is to be released on Warner Brothers during the fall of this year. Firm details regarding a release date and tracklisting are not yet available, but those present for Built to Spill’s performance at this year’s All Tomorrow’s Party were treated to a set composed of nearly all new songs. Current track titles include “Traces”, “Liar”, and “Conventional Wisdom”.
