Not only is Black Kids getting ready to head out on April tour of the U.S.—okay, there are some Canadian dates too—with Mates of State, but they’re looking to maybe play your house party as well.
The Jacksonville, Florida based group is holding a competition in conjunction with MySpace Music to select a winner that will have the band play at your next house party. All you have to do is make a video explaining why the band should play at your place. Full instructions are at http://www.columbiarecords.com/contest/housepartietraumatic/index.html.
I think incorporating a little Kid n Play action should be a guaranteed way to victory:
