Not one to forget their old labelmates on Barsuk, Death Cab for Cutie are taking John Vanderslice along with them as the opening act on their tour of Europe in support of their latest release Plans.
Earlier this month John Vanderslice compiled a list of the top 10 CD-Rs he has received at shows for Pitchfork and also appeared on BBC 3. If you go to the BBC page, select the Radio Player link in the top right, then in the A-Z of all shows, select “Mixing It”.
As previously announced, Death Cab for Cutie has begun releasing Directions videos. The second installment of the project, directed by Cat Solen, is for “Soul Meets Body”.
